This traditional black soap is handcrafted in Ghana. It has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for cleansing the skin. Black soap got its name from its distinct black color which comes from the ash of plants that is used as an ingredient.

How to use: Lather Tunteya black soap in hands or on a washcloth and massage your face or body all over. Rinse thoroughly. Gentle enough for the face and for daily use.

Please note that the color of black soap can vary from light brown to dark brown, depending on the length of the boiling process. This variation in color does not determine the quality of the soap.
