Woven planters are a wonderful way to add a texture and function into your home. They can be used as decorative baskets to enhance the beauty of your plants or for storing small items neatly. 

Bolga baskets are one of the most well-known products of Ghana. They are traditionally and ethically handwoven by a cooperative of male and female artisans in the remote region of Bolgatanga, Ghana.

Each basket undergoes several production steps, and it can take a few days to be completed. Baskets are eco-friendly as sundried elephant grass is used for weaving. To add colors to baskets, weavers use plants and non-toxic fabric dyes.

Note: Due to the handwoven nature of Bolga baskets, expect some variation in size, colors and shape. The dimensions stated below are approximate. If you need a specific dimension you can reach out to me and I will try to find the right basket for your plant.
